Taming the Call of the Wild – Gaining a New Perspective on Your Relationships! |
|
We all recognize the call - some of us hear it all the time, some of us rarely hear it at all. It’s that urge we get to “go wild”….that feeling that creeps up on us every now and that tells us that we were happier before, happier with our previous life. That perhaps our current life, our current partner, is not what we want or whom we want. We crave what we perceive as a more exciting lifestyle, with less responsibility and to be able to put our needs ahead of everything else. This Seminar or Internet Seminar is guaranteed to lead you to look at yourself and re-examine your life in a manner that will help you gain a whole new perspective and is sure to be informative, fun and thought provoking.
Taming the Call of the Wild – Gaining a New Perspective on Your Relationships!
Today I am not shy. I am quiet, soft spoken, a low talker (for all the Seinfeld fan’s) and laid back, but definitely not shy. I am telling you this because the shy child eventually grew into the wild child. The title of this workshop “Taming the Call of the Wild” is for all of the “wild children”, because many of us have had very wild times in our lives. More importantly, many of us have survived them, both physically and emotionally. Some us have not survived as well. Some of us are scared, some of us have issues and some of us still crave the wild life. We want what she’s having. What we have never seems to satisfy that craving for excess excitement, for freedom, fun and for amorous adventure. Some of us would love to continue to party way too much, to drink way too much, to do drugs, to gamble, to have multiple sexual partners – you get the idea. How do you ever finish “sowing your wild oats?” What does that even mean? I don’t even like oats. But how do you get control of the continued or occasional craving to just “go wild?” To “let your hair down?” To “blow off some steam?” One way is to learn how to be happy. Learn how to be happy with the other things in life; the important things; the things that make your heart sing. Oh sure, being with the same partner for the rest of your life may sound boring, if not downright frightening to some of us, but....... in your last and final hours on this earth would you rather have a peaceful ending and be looking into the eyes of someone who loves you rather than be alone, because you choose to listen to the call of the wild. Next time you catch yourself whining about how bad your life is, ask yourself if things are really that bad? Maybe they are, or, maybe you need to get de-stressed, regenerated and re-motivated. Learn to love yourself, your life and others again or maybe even for the first time. You may continue to get the call of the wild but you don’t have to answer.
